Medsmitra would like you to have a smooth experience of ordering the Ayush medicines at the click of a button. We do our best to keep you satisfied with the products as required by you. However, should you face any issue we would be ready to issue a refund in the following cases –
- Receipt of a defective item
- Loss or damage of an item during the transit
- Receipt of an item that is past its expiry
The refund will be affected based on the payment mode used by You. In certain cases such as Credit cards there might be a delay of 7 to 10 business days also. Procedure to request a Refund For processing a refund request please send us an email on email@example.com or call us on our customer care number. Please include in the email details such as your Name, User Name, Products ordered, reason for the refund request.
At Medsmitra, we do our best to have the correct product delivered to you as per your order. However, if you received an incomplete order or damaged product – please let us know through our customer care email address at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer care number. We will do our best for prompt resolution. If we do not receive a call within 5 days of delivery – we cannot entertain such returns. Also, in certain cases your requirement for a product may have changed after the product arrives. In such cases, even though the product is not defective, you may want to return such unopened products. In this case we may allow return of unopened products. For this though a charge of 20% of the value of the product will be charged as a restocking fees. This is possible only if you send us a request within 10 days of the receipt of the product.
For processing a return, please send us an email on email@example.com. Please include in the email details such as your Name, Username, Products ordered, reason for the refund request. We will arrange for the pickup of the items. The return after the deduction of the restocking fees, will be affected based on the payment mode used by You, in certain cases such as Credit cards there might be a delay of 7 to 10 business days also. Due to unforeseen circumstances there might be further delay and we will communicate you regarding the return pickup and refund.
